2. What can i do if i cannot open Netflix/Disney or other Apps via my projector?

********Solution********
(Because such Apps like Netflix...are recently updated. So we have to delete the App and re-install)
The steps are as follows:
1. Make sure you already update the system (needs to connect to wifi). Go to Home Page - Settings to check if you have new version to update.
2. After the update, please go to APP store to redownload Netflix/Disney again
3. If the above still doesn't work, select the app and press OK button for a long time to uninstall the apps and then open Appstore to install it again.
5. Note that after the last software update, need to use the mouse in remote to control the Netflix.
6. If it still doesn't work, the customer can Factory Reset the projector, then follow the above steps.Thank you.
